尘肺病患者生存质量量表的编制及考评

THE DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE SCALE FOR PNEUMOCONIOSIS PATIENTS

目的编制尘肺病生存质量量表,检验量表的信度和效度。方法以WHOQOL-100普适性量表和常用的COPD生存质量量表为依据,经专家组讨论确定量表的结构和内容,对确诊的80例尘肺患者进行测试,检验量表的信效度。结果编制的尘肺病生活质量量表含有4个维度,20个条目。量表的重测信度为0.98,分半信度为0.89,克朗巴赫α系数为0.93,与FEV1%相关系数为-0.55(P<0.001),与尘肺期别的相关系数为0.69(P<0.001)。结论初步编制的尘肺病生活质量量表条目简洁,具有较高的信度和效度,可以用于尘肺病生活质量的临床测量。

Objective To develop quality of life scale for pneumoconiosis patients and evaluate reliability and validity of the scale .Methods According to WHOQOL -100 and quality of life scales for COPD ,the con-ception and item of the scale was developed ,after expert group discussion .Totally 80 patients with pneu-moconiosis were selected to examine the reliability and validity of the scale .Results All 4 domains and 20 items were constructed in the quality of life scale for pneumoconiosis patients .The retest reliability was 0 .98 and the split-half reliability was 0 .89 .Coefficient of Cronbach＇s alpha was 0 .93 .The correlation be-tween the scale and FEV1% was -0 .55（P〈0 .001） and between the scale and the stages of diagnosis for pneumoconiosis was 0 .69（P〈0 .001） .Conclusion The quality of life scale for pneumoconiosis patients has good reliability and validity ,w hich can be used as quality of life measuring tool in the clinical .
