摘要
不锈钢冲焊泵是一种高效、节能、环保的新型多级离心泵,有关研究尚处于初步阶段。使用三维激光扫描仪采集不锈钢冲焊泵叶轮主件的可视表面图像数据,得到了巨量点云数据,在Pro/E 5.0上通过删除界外值、噪声处理、精减数据点云、数据点云分割与重组、特征抽取与曲线生成以及对点云数据矢量化排序等点云预处理过程,包络、小平面粗调、移除腹板及小平面精调等包络特征操作,松弛与生成集管等小平面特征处理,NURBS曲线生成与曲面重建等,先使用完全逆向法生成了冲焊泵叶轮主件三维模型,同时采取包括生成内外部轮廓与叶片型线、创建曲面模型、实体化等具体步骤的反向提取与正向设计相结合的方法重建得到了该主件的三维实体模型。
Stamping and welding pump which made of stainless steel is a new kind of highly efficient,energy-saving,environ-mental protection,multi-stage centrifugal pumps,research about it is still at a preliminary stage. Trough collecting the image data to the visual surfaces of a stamping and welding pump impeller,a huge amount of point cloud data was obtained at first. On Pro /E 5. 0,pre-processing such as deletion outliers,noise processing,streamline,segmentation and reassembly,feature extraction and curves generating,and vectorization sort were executed to the point cloud. Envelope characteristic operation such as envelope,ini-tial adjustment of small plane,removing the web,and small plane fine-tuning were also executed. Small plane feature processing including relaxation and generating manifolds,NURBS curve generating and surface reconstruction,were also executed. The three-dimensional model of the main piece of the stamping and welding pump impeller were reconstructed by completely reverse method at first,and method combining reverse extraction and forward design which include processing such as generating internal and ex-ternal contours,blade profile,surface model,and materialization at last.
