摘要
基于EA4T车轴车削正交试验,研究了车削加工工艺参数对车轴表面粗糙度、残余应力分布等表面质量完整性的影响规律,并进行了工艺参数优选。研究结果表明:工艺参数对加工表面粗糙度、轴向与周向残余应力产生较显著影响,且工艺参数对表面粗糙度和残余应力具有相似的影响规律,其中进给量是对加工表面完整性影响最显著的因素。
Based on EA4T axle turning orthogonal experiment, the influence of turning technological parameters on the axle surface quality integrity about surface roughness, surface residual stress distribution was studied, and optimum technologic parameter was carried out. The experiment results showed that technological parameters produced significant similar influence on the machining surface roughness, axial and circumferential surface residual stress, and the feeding was the most significant influence factor on machining surface integrity.
