摘要
通过齐次坐标变换理论建立了五轴数控机床摆动轴几何误差的辨识模型,深入分析了在误差测量过程中球杆仪磁性球座的安装误差对测量误差的影响规律,提出了一种球杆仪磁性球座安装误差的分离方法,并在五轴数控机床上进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法可以有效分离出球杆仪磁性球座的安装误差,提高摆动轴几何误差的测量和辨识精度。
An identification model for trunnion axis of a five - axis machine tool using homogenous transform matrices is derived. The effects of setup errors, which are inevitable during the installation of socket, are investigated in detail, and a correction method to reduce the effects is presented. The validity of proposed method is validated by practical tests on the five- axis machine tool.
