如何解决和完善数字资源长期保存所涉及的法律问题是当今各个国家所面临的共同问题。尽管一些发达国家采取了很多措施并积累了一定经验但仍然有一些不足之处;中国在借鉴先进经验的同时,应尽快完善有关数字资源长期保存的法律制度。

The legal issues arise of how to solve and improve the long-term preservation of digital resource are common problems countries all over the world confronting. Some of the developed countries have taken a lot of measures to cope with the problems and accumulated some experience, while there are many deficiencies. China should improve the legal system of digital resource long-term preservation on the base of learning from other countries.
