图书馆员的专业阅读漫谈

On the Librarian Professional Reading

图书馆是文献信息资源的集散地、是传播文献信息资源的枢纽。作为图书馆员必须具有广博的知识和专业能力,而广博的知识和专业能力的构建仅仅依赖课堂或培训是不足的,还必须通过专业阅读加以充实与积累。本文对图书馆员专业阅读的概念及内涵进行了阐述,探索性提供了一些专业阅读的方法,并指出专业阅读能很好地体现职业价值。

The library is the collecting center of document information resource and the dissemination center of literature information resource. Librarians must have extensive knowledge and professional competencies, the construction of which should not rely solely on teaching or training, but would have to be enriched and accumulated by professional reading. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of librarian professional reading, and provides some professional reading methods exploratively. In the meantime, this paper also points out that the librarian occupation value can be reflect well by professional reading.
