摘要
陶瓷高价反离子直接凝固注模成型工艺是一种新的陶瓷胶态成型方法,其结合了直接凝固注模成型与经典胶体理论。本文系统阐述了陶瓷高价反离子直接凝固注模成型的理论基础、学术思想、实现方法及性能。最后根据该工艺目前的发展情况提出了今后研究的重点方向。
Direct coagulation casting of ceramics via high valence counter ions (DCC-HVCI) is a novel colloidal forming method for ceramics which combines direct coagulation casting and classical colloidal theory. The theoretical basis, academic thought, methods and properties of ceramics prepared by DCC-HVCI are elaborated. Finally, the main directions for future research are proposed according to the development of DCC-HVCI.
