摘要
本文分别采用一次烧成与二次烧成两种烧成方式,利用现有的氧化铍造粒料,制作标准的测试件在不同的烧成温度下烧结成瓷。对不同烧结方式、烧结温度的陶瓷产品的热导率(25,100℃)、体积密度、平均晶粒度进行检测,研究不同烧结制度对氧化铍陶瓷热导率、体积密度、平均晶粒度的影响。
The test specimen, which are made by BeO spray dried powder, are sintered by two methods (once firing and twice firing) at different temperatures. The volume density, thermal conductivities(at 25 and 100℃) and the average grain size of BeO ceramic are tested to investgate the effects of different sinte- ring systems on the properties of BeO ceramic.
