摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以环己烷为溶剂、以THF为结构调节剂、以DVB为偶联剂,制备了星形杂臂橡胶S-(PB)n-(PSB)n。主要研究了苯乙烯含量、偶联效率等对物理机械性能及加工性能的影响。结果表明,随着苯乙烯含量的增加,抗湿滑性能得到提高。随着偶联效率的增加,断裂伸长率\拉伸强度和门尼粘度都增加,撕裂强度基本不变,而硬度有降低的趋势。星形杂臂橡胶S-(PB)n-(PSB)n的门尼粘度(ML1+4100℃)可达到70,断裂伸长率>470%,拉伸强度>21 MPa,0℃的tanδ值达到0.27,60℃的tanδ值可达到0.09,是一种兼具良好的抗湿滑性能和低的滚动阻力的新型胎面胶材料。
Heteroarm star-shaped rubber S-(PB)n-(PSB)n was prepared by solution polymerization with cyclohexane as solution, THF as structure regulator, DVB as coupling agent. Effects of styrene content and coupling efficiency on mechanical property and processing property were studied. The results show that wet skid resistance increases with increasing of styrene content; tensile strength, elongation at break and mooney viscosity increase with increasing of coupling efficiency, the tear strength keeps invariant, while the hardness decreases. Heteroarm star-shaped rubber S-(PB)n-(PSB)n is a new rubber with good comprehensive properties, Mooney viscosity(MLl+4100℃ ) is 70, elongation at break〉470%, tensile strength 〉21 Pa, tanδ (0) is 0.27 and tanδ (60) is 0.09. It is a good material for tread compound with high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance.
