摘要
清管作业广泛应用于油气工业当中,尤其是油气管道的建设和运行过程中,用以实现清扫、隔离、检测、维护等目的,在使用清管器进行清管作业时须按照一定的操作程序来执行,否则将影响清管效果、管道的输送甚至引发事故。结合油气管道生产实际进行了事故案例分析,并详细论述了清管作业安全操作程序、异常情况及处理方法、清管作业的注意事项。
The pigging operation is widely used in oil and gas industry, especially in realizing cleaning, inspection, isolation and maintenance functions for oil and gas pipeline construction and operation. The pigging operation should follow a safe procedure that is suitable to the given pipeline conditions, otherwise the pigging effect and pipeline transportation will be affected, and even cause accidents. In this paper, combined with production practice of oil and gas pipeline, typical accident case analysis was carried out. And safe procedure, abnormalities and disposal methods and points for attention of pigging operation were discussed.
