基于熵权理论的沈阳化工园区科技创新环境评价

Evaluation Research on Science and Technology Innovation Environment of Shenyang Chemical Industry Park Based on Entropy Theory

随着工业规模化的凸显,循环经济和科技创新共同促进化工产业发展模式的重大转变。化工园区只有不断地科技创新,才能确保我国化工园区产业经济不断向前推进。在影响化工园区科技创新活动的各种因素中,政策因素、科技因素、资金因素、市场因素、文化因素、产研因素共同构成了化工园区科技创新环境。本文将这些因素进一步细分构建了更加具体的参数体系,并依据熵权理论展开了实证分析。实证分析结果表明,对于沈阳化工园区科技创新而言,科技创新环境的作用越来越大。据此,我们提出了相关的建议。

As the industry runs in scale, circular economy and technological innovation together promote the important change of the development mode of the chemical industry. Only the continual technical innovation can ensure the development of industry economy in the chemical industry park in China. In the various factors affecting technical innovation, the science and technology innovation environment in chemical industry park is built with policy factors, technology factors, financial factors, market factors, cultural factors, as well as production and research factors. In this paper, these factors were further subdivided into some parameters, and the empirical analysis was also carried out based on the entropy theory. Empirical results show that innovation environment has more and more effect on Shenyang chemical industry park.
