摘要
采用罐区减排措施和低温馏分油吸收-脱硫工艺处理高温蜡油罐区废气。在处理气培43.0~384.5m/h,在柴油流量20.0Ill/h,吸收柴油温度14.6~15.0℃的条件下,废气经过净化后,硫化氢和有机硫化物去除率大于97.2%,净化气体非甲烷总烃浓度小于8.35g/m3。上述值均低于《储油库大气污染物排放标准》(GB20950—2007)和《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297—1996)中相关污染物的浓度限值。
Comprehensive measures including reducing emission and the process of low temperature distillate oil absorbing and desulfurization were used to treat exhaust gas from high temperature gas oil tank farm. In the condition of gas flow rate 43.0~384.5 m3/h, diesel flow rate 20 m3/h, absorption temperature 14.6~5.0 ℃, the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide and organic sulfur compound after purification was over 97.2%, the concentration of nonmethane hydrocarbon was below 8.35 g/m3 .The above values were lower than the limited value in Emission Standard of Air Pollutant For Bulk Gasoline Terminals (GB20950-2007) and Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB 16297—1996)o
