简述了介质苯的毒性危害及在石油化工领域的重要性,苯罐区设计设置有毒气体检测、氮封和伴热,还应设置事故泄压设施,应考虑储罐接收油时流速,防止静电积聚。苯管道不应布置在可通行的管沟内,苯管道上的放空与放净应设双阀,并应排入密闭回收系统。装卸车必须设密闭油气回收设施,自动化程度要高,有防溢流措施;放空、排污至密闭排污系统设计等。
Toxicity hazards of benzene were summarized as well as its importance in the field of petrochemical industry. The design of benzene tank farm should set poisonous gas detection system, nitrogen sealing system and heat tracing system, also should set accident pressure relief devices and consider the velocity of flow when tank receives the oil, in order to prevent electrostatic accumulation. Benzene piping should not be arranged in the passable pipe trench. Double valves in benzene piping should be set for vent and drain, and the vented and drained benzene should be discharged into the closed recycling system. Loading and unloading vehicles must be set closed gas-oil recovery facilities, which have high degree of automation and anti-overflow measures, the vented and drained benzene can be discharged into the closed recycling system.
