摘要
为提高混合动力传动系统的性能,提出了一种新型混合动力传动系统,分析了该动力传动系统在汽车各种行驶工况下的多种工作模式。以长安某原型车为参照对象,根据新型混合动力传动系统的特点对其动力源系统和传动系统进行了参数匹配设计和控制策略制定。基于MATLAB/Simulink软件平台,建立了整车动力传动系统仿真模型,进行了整车动力性、NEDC循环工况下的燃油经济性和纯电动续驶里程的仿真计算。结果表明:各项性能指标均能达到设计要求,与原型车相比动力性提高了27.1%,燃油经济性提高了41.9%。
In order to improve the performance of hybrid powertrain, a new type of hybrid powertrain was proposed and varieties of its operation modes under different vehicle driving conditions were analyzed. Taking one prototype car of Chang'an as the reference object, according to characteristics of the new hybrid powertrain, the parameters matching designs of the power source system and transmission system were carried out, and the control strategy was developed. The simulation model of the full vehicle powertrain was established based on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform. Power performance, fuel economy under NEDC cycle and driving range in pure electric mode were simulated. The results show that the performance parameters meet the designed requirements. Compared with the prototype car, the power performance is improved by 27.1%and fuel economy is improved by 41.9%.
