人工湖泊中悬浮物对狐尾藻生长的影响

摘要 研究人工湖泊中悬浮物对沉水植物狐尾藻的POD活性、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量等生理特性的影响。结果表明:试验期间,狐尾藻上悬浮物的附着量在0.16-0.57g之间变动;试验初期狐尾藻各项生理指标迅速下降,而中后期反复波动或趋于稳定,试验组POD活性、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均显著低于对照组,分别为对照的61.62%、64.24%、72.15%、35.90%。相关性分析表明,试验组悬浮物附着量与叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量呈负相关,与POD活性、叶绿素b含量相关性极小。悬浮物对狐尾藻的生理特性影响显著。 The effects of suspended matter on physiological characteristics of Myriophyllum verticillatum, including POD activity, chlorophyll and carotenoid, in the artificial lake were studied. The results indicated that the attached quantity of Myriophyllum verti- cillatum with suspended matter was between 0. 16 g and 0. 57 g; all the physiological indexes dropped rapidly in the initial stage, and then fluctuated or stabilized; the activity of POD, chlorophyll A, ehlorophyI1 B and carotenoid of Myriophyllum verticillatum in the experimental group were 61.62%, 64. 24%, 72.15% and 35.90% of those of the control group, respectively. The suspended matter was negatively correlated to the content of chlorophyll A and carotenoid, but had little correlation with the activity of POD and chlorophyll B. So the suspended matter had significant effects on the physiological characteristics of Myriophyllum verticillatum.
