摘要 目的评价血清甲状旁腺激素水平测定在老年心力衰竭严重度评估中的的价值。方法选择76例老年心力衰竭患者,根据NYHA心功能分级,依次分为4组,分别测定患者中甲状旁腺激素水平、LVEF、NT-proBNP及6min步行距离。观察血清甲状旁腺素水平与心衰严重度的相关性。结果血清甲状旁腺激素水平在不同心功能等级中具有差异性,并随心功能级别增加而增加;血清甲状旁腺激素水平与6min步行距离及LVEF呈负相关,与NT-proBNP呈正相关。结论血清甲状旁腺激素可能作为老年心力衰竭严重程度的评估指标。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum parathyroid hormone detection in severity assess: ment of elderly heart failure. Methods Seventy six cases of elderly patients with heart failure, according to the NYHA functional class, were divided into four groups. All patients were measured for parathyroid hormone level, LVEF, NT- proBNP and 6-minute walk distance. The relationship was observed between serum parathyroid hormone and severity of heart failure. Results The increased serum parathyroid hormone levels went in parallel with the severity of cardiac function. Serum parathyroid hormone levels were found to be negatively correlated with 6 minute walk distance and LVEF,but positively correlated with NT proBNP. Conclusion Serum parathyroid hormone may be used as the severity assessment of heart failure in elderly patients.
