摘要
目的分析与研究白细胞VCS参数在血液细菌感染中的临床应用。方法选取本院2011年2月-2013年2月收治的65例菌血症患者作为观察组,同时选择35例非感染性发热患者作为对照1组,30例健康体检者作为对照2组,分别使用LH750全自动血细胞分析仪检测观察组患者及对照组的WBC值和VCS参数,并按照WBC值的大小将观察者分为观察1组和观察2组。结果观察组WBC、ANC、MNV、MNV-SD、MLV-SD和MLC值高于对照1组,且对照1组WBC、ANC、MNV、MNV-SD、MLV、MLV-SD、MLS和MLC值高于对照2组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。观察1组MNV和MNV-SD值高于观察2组,且观察2组MNV和MLV-SD值高于对照2组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。另外,观察1组和观察2组的MNC、MLV-SD、MLC及MLS值均高于对照2组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论白细胞VCS参数能反映出血液细菌感染时白细胞的形态学变化,可作为诊断血液细菌感染的重要指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of leukocyte VCS parameters to detection of blood bacterial infection. Methods Sixty five patients with bacteremia were selected in the hospital from April 2011 to April 2013. Thirty five cases of non-infectious fever and 30 healthy individuals were set up as the control groups I and II . The WBC and VCS parameters of all the subjects were examined with LH 750 hematology analyzer. The patients in observation group were divided into the observation groups 1 and 2 according to the values of WBC. Result The values of WBC and ANC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group I, while the control group I had much high er values of WBC, ANC, MNV,MNV-SD,MLV-SD and MLC than the control group II (P〈0.01). The values of MNV and MNV-SD in the observation group I were significantly higher than those in the observation group I , while the observation group II had much higher values of MNV and MNV-SD than those in the control group I (P〈0.01). Additionally, the values of MNC,MLV-SD,MLC, and MLS in the observation groups I and II were significantly higher than those in the control group I (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The leukocyte VCS parameters can reflect the morphological change of leukocytes in detection of blood bacterial infection. It has a high value for clinical use as an important indicator of bacteremia.
