摘要 生产理论与实践证明,安全生产的重点必须要建立在事故隐患排查治理基础上及事故预防体系上,超前采取措施,才能有效防范和减少事故,最终实现本质安全生产。阐述了事故隐患排查治理机制内涵,结合当前矿山安全形势及事故隐患排查治理机制特点,从企业、矿山、监管部门、社会舆论四方面,提出隐患排查治理机制长效运行的措施,为矿山事故隐患排查治理工作提供指导。 The production theory and practice proved that the focus of safety in production is must be established based on governance and checking of accidents and accidents prevention system,so,the accidents can be prevented and reduced effectively so as to ensure safety in production in essence. The connotation of the governance and checking mechanism of hidden dangers is analyzed,combining with the mine safety situations,characteristics and operation situations of the governance and checking of hidden dangers,the long-term operation measures of the governance and checking mechanism of hidden dangers are proposed from the four perspective of enterprises,miners,supervision departments and social public opinions. The above research results can provide guidance for the governance and checking of hidden dangers in mines.
