文章介绍随机抽选程序的编制,利用程序来组织、优化船员适任评估过程中的题卡抽选,以提高船员适任评估的公平、公正。
This paper introduces the preparation about random selection program,and uses the program to organize and optimize title card selection for crew competency assessment,to improve crew competency assessment fair and just.
