Effective training is one of the main measures to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprise human resources. Based on the analysis on present status of human resource training in CHIMBUSCO,in order to improve and enhance the effectiveness of training,this paper puts forward solutions to the questions during trainings,helps to realize the target of enterprise strategy of CHIMBUSCO.
