摘要
首先介绍了一种双蓄能器交替工作的波浪发电装置的构成和工作原理,设计了基于AVR单片机的波浪发电控制系统的硬件模块和控制软件。该控制系统通过对海况行监测,控制双液压缸与蓄能器工作切换,调节油路上阀门开关,实现双蓄能器交替充放油,驱动液压马达连续运转,并在恶劣海况时停机自保护。通过水池样机试验表明,该波浪发电控制系统实现波浪能平稳地转化为电能输出,发电输出误差在10%内,探索发电装置与海况匹配关系,为实现海上发电装置高效稳定发电奠定基础。
This paper introduces a kind of stability wave's device structure and principle of the power generation, take AVR MCU for power generation equipment control circuit of the waves, given control system working principle and composition, hardware circuit and the design of control software. According to judge the waves on the urgent or slow, for the monitoring of hydraulic accumulator, the controller to take a different strategy, control valve switch on oil, and realize the accumulator filling put oil, to achieve the best condition drive hydraulic motor stable operation, and will of the unstable energy conversion for stability of electric power. By prototype test show that the wave power control system can smoothly into electricity output, power output error within 10%, explore the generating set and the matching relation between sea conditions, lay a foundation for the realization of the maritime power generation device is highly efficient and stable power generation.
