浙江东极岛海域叶绿素a含量及与环境影响因子的相关分析

The Content of Chlorophyll a in Doji Islands Sea Area and Its Correlation Analysis with Environmental Factors

分别于2010年春季、夏季、秋季和2011年冬季对舟山东极岛海域进行4个航次的叶绿素a含量的初步调查,并对该海区叶绿素a含量的变化进行分析,还探讨了叶绿素a含量的分布,以及与环境因子之间的相互关系。调查结果表明,东极岛海域春季、夏季、秋季、冬季的叶绿素a含量平均值分别为5.450、3.697、2.699、2.143μg/L。Pearson相关性分析表明,整个调查海区,叶绿素a的含量与海区水温、盐度、透明度、悬浮物、高锰酸钾指数、溶解无机氮、硅酸盐等因素密切相关。

The contents of chlorophyll a of Doji Islands Sea Area was investigated, and the content varia- tion of chlorophyll a in this sea area was analysed in May, August and November 2010, and February 2011, respectively. Furthermore, the content distribution of chlorophyll a, and its interrelation with environmental factors were also discussed. The investigation results showed that the average content of chlorophyll a in Doji Islands Sea Area in May, August, and Novermber 2010, and February 2011, was 5.450, 3.697, 2.699, 2.143 μ/L, respectively. Pearson Correlate Analysis of chlorophyll a with environmental factors indicated that the content of chlorophyll a was closely related to water temperature, salinity, transparency, suspended solids, potassium permanganate index, dissolved inorganic nitrogen, and silicate.
