社会公平视阈下的农村公共产品供给模式构建——以福建省为例

Rural public goods supply and its model construction from the perpective of social justice——Taking Fujian Province as a case

为推动社会公平、公正,福建省通过推动农村公共产品的有效供给,在实现城乡居民权利平等、机会均等方面作出了有益探索,但两者差距仍然明显。为缩小差距,统筹实现城乡公共服务和公共产品供给,推动公共产品供给的合理化,福建省应结合区域特点、产业特色构建城乡、区域统筹发展模式,特色产业带动型发展模式,社会事业优先发展模式和市场机制诱导发展模式以实现农村公共产品的公平供给。

In order to promote social fairness and justice,Fujian Province has made a useful exploration in promoting the effective supply of rural public goods,urban and rural residents equal rights,equal opportunity,but the gap is still evident. To narrow the gap,coordinate to achieve urban and rural public services and public goods supply,to promote the rationalization of supply of public goods,we should combine regional characteristics and industry characteristics. Based on this model,urban and rural development,feature industry-led development model,the development of social undertakings priority mode,the market mechanism to induce the development model should be constructed so as to promote fair supply of rural public products.
