根据世界卫生组织的数据,心血管疾病是全球的头号死因,到2030年心血管疾病将造成大约2500万人死亡。由于人口老龄化以及社会经济发展带来居民饮食结构的改变,我国心血管疾病发病率逐年提高,中国正成为心血管疾病发病率最高的国家之一。因此,在相当长的一段时间内,心脑血管疾病的有效治疗都将会是一个重大命题。介入治疗具有介入创伤小、手术危险小、疗效明显等特点,成为治疗心脑血管疾病的主要治疗方式。本文回顾了介入治疗装置及器械的发展现状,对国际产业发展趋势进行介绍,同时对国内介入治疗产业发展面临的机遇与挑战进行分析。

According to the statistics from WHO, cardiovascular diseases have become the leading cause of death and about 25million people will die from cardiovascular disease around the world by 2030. In China, the morbidity of cardiovascular disease rises year by year due to ageing populations, as long as the changes of dietary structure with economy development. Interventional therapy is the most popular way for cardiovascular disease nowadays with the advantage of minimal invasiveness, low surgical risk and good curative effect. In this paper, we reviewed the development of interventional therapy devices, analysis and predict the current statue and tendency of global interventional therapy device industry.
