Nursing of three oxygen autologous blood transfusion combined with urokinase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的：总结三氧自体血回输联合尿激酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及护理体会。方法：对我院2013年1-12月收治的92例急性脑梗死患者进行联合治疗与护理。结果：21 d内78例患者基本痊愈,14例患者疗效显著。平均住院天数为11.1 d。结论：通过全面的护理避免了联合治疗出现颅内出血的严重并发症,使患者日常生活能力及生活质量有了一定的提高。

Objective： Therapeutic effects and nursing experience summarized of three oxygen autologous blood transfusion combined with urokinase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods： In our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 in 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction were received three oxygen autologous blood transfusion combined with urokinase therapy and nursing. Results： 78 patients were cured,the curative effect of 14 cases patients significantly,the average hospitalization was 11. 1 days. Conclusion： Through the comprehensive care to avoid the combination in the treatment of severe complications of intracranial hemorrhage,effectively improve the patient＇s ability of daily life and quality of life.
