护士长参与医院感染管理的现状调查

Investigation on current participation of head nurses in the hospital infection management

目的:了解护士长参与医院感染管理的现状。方法:以无记名现场问卷调查的方式,对参加护士长管理培训班的70名护士长进行调查。结果:护士长参与医院感染管理现状的自我总体评价为一般(平均值3.21),对10个方面感染管理的参与现状评价在前3位的依次是消毒与灭菌、医务人员手卫生、医疗废物管理,后3位依次是抗菌药物合理使用、多重耐药菌感染防控、重点部位医院感染防控。认为不能很好参与感染管理的前3位原因依次是感染管理知识不足、医务人员感控意识不强、医院或科领导支持不够。结论:应加强护士长管理技能和相关知识的培训,营造护士长参与医院感染管理的氛围,充分发挥护士长在感染管理中的作用。

Objective： To investigate the current participation of the head nurses in the hospital infection management. Methods： In the form of on- site questionnaire survey,to investigate 70 head nurses on management course. Results： The general self- evaluation of head nurses in the hospital infection management was average level（ 3. 21）. Involved ten aspects of infection management,evaluated in the top three in turn were the disinfection and sterilization,medical staff hand hygiene and medical waste management. Last three were followed by the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,multiple drug- resistant bacteria infection prevention and control. The key parts of hospital infection prevention and control,the reasons of not so well in participating in infection management were the insufficient infection management knowledge,weak awareness of medical staff and insuffient hospital or led supporting. Conclusion： The head nurse should strengthen the management skills and related knowledge training,build the atmosphere of the head nurse in the hospital infection management,play the head nurse＇s role in infection management.
