摘要 采用改进的高温固相法合成了Eu2+/Mn2+掺杂的KSrGd(PO4)2荧光粉.用X射线粉晶衍射仪和荧光光谱仪对样品进行了表征.结果表明:Eu2+离子和Mn2+离子成功掺入了KSrGd(PO4)2晶格中,基质晶体结构未见明显变化.Eu2+的发射峰位于522 nm,Mn2+的发射峰位于618 nm.通过Eu2+和Mn2+之间的能量传递,KSrGd(PO4)2荧光粉在紫外光激发下发出明亮的红光. KSrGd ( PO4 ) 2 ︰ Eu2+, Mn2+phosphors were prepared by the modified solid phase reaction .The crystal structure and luminescence properties of prepared phosphors were investigated by X -ray diffraction and photoluminescence measurement .The results showed that Eu 2+ions and Mn 2+ions were successfully incorporated in the host lattice and the crystal structure of KSrGd ( PO4 ) 2 had no obvious change .The emission band of Eu 2+centered at 522 nm, while the emission of Mn2+centered at 618 nm.The KSrGd(PO4)2 phosphors emitted red light upon UV illumination via the energy transfer from Eu2+to Mn2+.
