土壤中一株产黑色素微生物的分离与鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 以土壤为材料,分离纯化得到了一株产黑色素的微生物(D-1),根据菌株的形态特征并结合16S rDNA序列比对分析,确定这株产黑色素的微生物属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces).并测定了菌株的生长曲线、抗生素抗性、所产黑色素的吸收光谱,为后期优化产黑色素的条件提供了理论基础. One melanin-producing microorganism D-1 was isolated and purified from a soil . Based on morphological characteristics and the phylogenetical analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, this microorganism was determined to belong to Streptomyces.The growth curve , antibiotic resistance and absorption spectrum of melanin produced by D-1 were also examined and may provide the basis for subsequent optimization the melanin producing procedures .
