以作业为抓手——突破人才培养“瓶颈”的教学改革探索 被引量:1

With Homework as the Starting Point—a Probe into Reforms on Breaking through the Bottleneck of “Personnel Training”

摘要 高校的宗旨是教书育人,而这一根本使命却一直难以实现,如今在一些高校普遍存在"两个脱节"现象:即教师的教学与科研脱节;教师的教学与学生的学习脱节。两个脱节导致的恶果便是创新人才培养面临"瓶颈"而迟迟找不到突破口。从汉语言文学专业看来,精心设计学生作业,并及时强化学生基本功训练是突破创新人才培养"瓶颈"的有效途径。 Despite their aim of imparting knowledge and educating people,colleges and universities have found it hard to attain such a basic mission,and there are universally two cases of"disconnection"at some colleges and universities nowadays—the disconnection between teachers' teaching and scientific research as well as between teachers' teaching and students' learning,whose long-standing consequence is the inability of breaking through the"bottleneck"in the training of innovative personnel. As regards the Chinese language and literature department at which the author of this paper is now teaching,the meticulous design of homework for students and the timely enhancement of students' basic skill training can be an effective approach to breaking through the"bottleneck"in innovative personnel training,whose merits lie in its due attention to minor items.
