分析部队车辆装备维修力量的内涵及要素构成,根据目前部队车辆装备维修力量整体偏弱、维修保障能力不足、人员和装备编配结构不够合理、维修效能不够高等问题,提出合理编配维修人员和维修装备、优化车辆装备维修力量结构等对策与建议,对加强部队车辆装备维修力量建设具有一定的参考价值。

The paper analyzes the connotation and composition of military vehicle maintenance force. Aiming at the problems of relatively weak vehicle maintenance force, insufficient maintenance capability, unreasonable allocation of personnel and equipment and low maintenance efficiency, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of reasonably allocating maintenance personnel and equipment and optimizing the structure of maintenance force, which has a certain reference value to reinforce the construction of military vehicle force.
