摘要
分析新型后勤保障力量建设的4方面特点及其对人才培养的需求,阐述建构新型后勤保障人才培养体系的目标任务,提出加强新型后勤保障人才培养的对策措施。
The paper analyzes 4 characteristics and demand on personnel training of new logistics support force construction, states the targets of new logistics support personnel training system and puts forward the strategy for strenghtening new logistics support persounel training.
