烯效唑对水稻基质育秧秧苗素质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以淮稻5号为材料,烯效唑浓度分别为0、37.5、75.0、150.0、225.0、300.0 mg/m2,于一叶一心期喷施,三叶一心期分析了秧苗素质。结果表明:随着烯效唑浓度的增加,水稻地上部第二叶、第三叶的叶长显著下降,叶宽显著增加,叶面积显著下降,叶绿素含量先显著增加后显著下降,株高显著下降,茎基宽显著增加;单株根数、最长根长、根干重、根系活力和盘结力均表现出先显著增加后显著下降。综合而言,以烯效唑浓度37.5 mg/m2所育秧苗株高符合机插秧要求,茎粗苗壮,叶绿素含量较高,根数较多,根系活力较高,根系盘结力强,植株生物量大,可以增加秧龄弹性2.1 d。 Seedling quality was analyzed at the stage of seedling with tree leaves by using uniconazole of0,37.5,75.0,150.0,225.0,300.0 mg/m2 at the stage of seedling with one leave which use Huaidao-5 as experimental material. The result indicated that leaf length of the second leaf and the third leaf above-ground dropped significantly, leaf width increased significantly, leaf area dropped significantly, chlorophyll concentration increase at first and then descend, plant height dropped significantly, stem base width increased significantly with the concentration of uniconazole increasing. root number per plant,root length per plant, dry weight of root, root activity, intertwining force all behave as ncrease at first and then descend. On average, when the concentration of uniconazole was 37.5 mg/m^2, the height of seedlings conform with machinery transplant, it can made seedling healthy, chlorophyll content higher, increase root number and root activity, strengthen root intertwining force,increase biomass and lodging resistance of seeding age with 2.1 days.
