摘要
电站锅炉机组调试是确保锅炉长周期安全高效运行的重要环节。以博茨瓦纳Morupule B电站1号锅炉机组为研究对象,通过对首次冷态试验数据分析,研究了布风板和料层阻力特性,确定了临界流化风量;通过对首次燃烧初调整试验数据分析,确定了一、二次风量、含氧量和排烟温度等的控制方法,研究了锅炉受热面的汽温特性。研究结果可为同容量CFB锅炉机组的优化设计和运行提供借鉴和参考。
The unit commissioning of utility boiler is an important step to ensure the safety and efficiency of longperiod operation. Taking the No. 1 boiler unit of Botswana Morupule B power plant as the research object andthrough the analysis of the first cold test data, the characteristics of air distribution plate and bed resistance werestudied and the critical fluidization was determined. By analyzing the data of the first combustion adjustment test,the control method of primary air flow, secondary air flow, oxygen content and exhaust gas temperature were identi-fied. Then, the characteristics of the steam temperature on the boiler heating surfaces were studied. These resultscan provide reference for the design and optimization of CFB boiler units with the same capacity.
