摘要
研究太阳能组件热斑现象与旁路二极管导通关系,对提高电站性能与安全至关重要。文章介绍了热斑现象及原理,并通过对组件单个电池和多个电池片不同面积的遮挡实验,分析总结了旁路二极管在热斑条件下的导通情况。
The study of the continuity relation between hot spot and bypass diode is vital to the performance and safety of power plants. This paper first introduces the hot spot phenomenon and its principle,and then the shade experiments on single cell components and different areas of plural cells are made. The continuity performance of bypass diode in the hot spot conditions is analyzed and summarized.
