摘要
针对传统轴系结构的设计与分析实验的现状及存在的问题,通过分析该实验实施的原理、方法和步骤,引入虚拟实验,实现了实验的自主性和开放性,提高了实验效率。通过在SolidWorks软件中建立实验所需的轴系结构零件库,用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发,实现零件库的参数化调用,完成轴系结构的设计与分析实验,并对虚拟实验开发过程进行了论述,实现了实验教学的改革与创新。
In view of the present situation and the existing problems of the traditional ″shafting structure design and analysis″ experiment,virtual experiments can be introduced after analyzing the principle,method and steps of this experiment,so as to realize autonomy and openness of the experiment,and improve the experimental efficiency. In this paper,shafting structure parts library for the experiment is established through SolidWorks software. With the secondary development of SolidWorks by means of VB,the calling of the parameterized parts library is realized,the design and analysis experiment of shafting structure is thus accomplished. The paper discusses the process of developing virtual experiment system,achieving the reform and innovation of experimental teaching.
