摘要
目的:探讨脂联素(ADPN)、网膜素(Omentin)、瘦素(Leptin)在冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者中的变化。方法:选择健康体检者30例作为对照组,冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者34例作为CHD组,冠状动脉硬化性心脏病合并2型糖尿病患者41例作为合并组。采用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组患者血清脂联素、网膜素和瘦素含量;采用全自动血生化分析仪分别检测各组患者空腹血清葡萄糖(FPG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,采用免疫比浊法检测各组患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)含量,采用化学发光法检测各组患者空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)含量,采用稳态模型评估法(HOMA-IR)计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:CHD组、合并组的血清脂联素、网膜素水平均明显低于对照组(F=45.75、113.12,q=8.23-19.65,P〈0.01),合并组以上指标均明显低于CHD组(F=54.63、103.56,q=9.26、13.28,P〈0.01);CHD组、合并组血清瘦素水平均明显高于对照组(F=35.36,q=9.12、12.34,P〈0.01),合并组的血清瘦素水平明显高于CHD组(F=52.47,q=10.42,P〈0.01)。各组脂联素、网膜素和瘦素与HOMA-IR均有相关性(P〈0.01)。结论:脂联素、网膜素、瘦素是冠状动脉硬化性心脏病发生发展的高危因素。
Objective: To investigate the level change of Adiponectin ( ADPN ), Omentin, Leptin in blood serum for patients with coronary artery heart disease.Method: 30 healthy people in our hospital were regarded as control group, 34 patients with coronary heart disease were regarded as CHD group, 41 patients with coronary artery heart diseases combined with type 2 diabetes were regarded as combined group.A double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) was tested the level of ADPN, Omentin, Leptin in blood serum of the subjects.Automatic blood biochemical analyzer was used respectively to detect the contents of fasting serum glucose ( FPG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), triglycerides ( TG ), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ), turbidimetric immunoassay was used to detect the contents of glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc ) and chemil was used to detect the contents of fasting serum insulin ( FINS ) of the subjects, and IR index was estimated by homeostasis model assessment.Result: The levels of serum Adiponectin, Omentin in CHD group and combined group were significantly lower than those in control group ( F=45.75, 113.12, q=8.23-19.65, P〈0.01 ), the above indexes in combined group were significantly lower than those in CHD group (F=54.63, 103.56, q=9.26, 13.28, P〈O.01 ), the levels of serum Leptin in CHD group and combined group were significantly higher than those in control group ( F=35.36, q=9.12, 12.34, P〈0.01 ), the level of serum Leptin in combined group was significantly higher than that in CHD group ( F=52.47, q=10.42, P〈0.01 ) .The adiponectin, leptin and omentin in each group associated with HOMA-IR were correlated ( P〈0.01 ) .Conclusion: Adiponectin, Omentin and Leptin are risk factors for coronary artery heart.
