Study of Public Goods Supply in Urban Communities: Status Review and Key Issues

在阐释城市社区公共物品相关概念的基础上,梳理了国内外学者研究城市社区公共物品供给的现状、影响因素和供给模式.大量研究表明,目前西方国家对城市社区公共物品研究的理论和模式已比较成熟,研究成果翔实丰富,我国的研究也与日俱增,但亟待从城市社区公共物品供给的供需信息有效传递问题、多主体多环节的功能责任问题、供给体系的价值链问题、供给主体的相互协调问题以及主体的行为影响和行为规范问题等方面取得突破.

Based on the interpretation of the relevant concepts of public goods in urban communities, this paper investigates the status quo, influence factors and supply models of the relevant researches at home and abroad. Numerous studies show that the current state of western public goods research theories and models of urban community have been quite mature and plentiful; the domestic researches have also been increasing, but we are in urgent need of making a breakthrough in solving the problem of effective delivery of the supply and demand information of public goods supply in urban communities, the problem of the multi-subject and multi-level functional responsibilities, the problem of value chains in the supply system, the problem of the mutual coordination among supply subjects, and the problem of behavioral effects and code, etc.
