自从"十二五"以后,幸福一词红遍大江南北,并把提升公民幸福感作为"十二五"的首要目标。各地纷纷宣示"让人民过上幸福美好的生活。"农民,作为中国革命的主力军,作为我国当前社会中最大的群体,无论在中国的人口、经济还是现代化建设中,都占据着极其重要的地位。提升农民的幸福感是建设幸福中国必不可少的环节。

Farmers, as the mainstay of the Chinese revolution, as the largest of China＇s current social group, take the leatling position both in Chinese population and modernization construction. To improve the farmers＇ happiness is the essential link to build a happy China.
