基于DEA的福建省低碳经济的效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation on Low-carbon Economy in Fujian Based on the Data Envelopment Analysis

选取福建省2000-2012年能反映低碳经济发展的13个指标作为评价单元,建立低碳经济评价的指标体系,运用DEA中的CCR模型和BCC模型,测算了福建省过去13年的低碳经济的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,进一步对原有的投入、产出进行调整,并以此为依据提出福建省低碳经济的发展对策。

In this paper, 13 indexes are selected from 2000 to 2012 in Fujian as the evaluation unit, and the index system is set up on low-carbon economy evaluation. Based on CCR model and BCC model of DEA, we estimated the technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the past 13 years of low-carbon economy in Fujian. Furthermore, the original input and output are adjusted, and on this basis the countermeasures are put forward to develop low-carbon economy in Fujian
