摘要
本文研究示差脉冲伏安分析法测定溶液中痕量重金属铅离子。以同位镀锑膜电极作为工作电极,0.5moL/LKCI溶液作为支持电解质,铅离子的溶出峰在-0.47V,富积时间为110s,在(0~80)μg/L浓度范围内蜂电流与铅离子浓度呈线性关系,对于溶液中铅离子的检测限达到0.06μg/L。同位镀锑电极具有廉价、低毒性、高灵敏和稳定性好的特点,可以用于环境水样中重金属离子的实时分析检测。
Differential pulse voltammetry was proposed for determination of trace leads by using an in-situ plating antimony film electrode as a working electrode. The experiment conditions for determination of lead in the water were optimized. In 0.5 mol/ L KC1 solution, the sensitive potentiometric stripping peaks of lead ions were obtained as 4). 47 V. With the deposition time of 110 s, the stripping peak value changed linearly with the lead ion concentrations in the range of 0 ~80 μg/L. The detection limit of Pb2 + was 0.06 μg/L. The in-situ plating antimony film electrode possesses low cost, stability, low toxicity and sensitivity, which make it hopeful candidate for in-situ water monitoring for heavy metals.
