一株产生物活性物质放线菌的分离鉴定

摘要 基于16S rRNA序列分析,本文对塔什库尔干县土壤中的放线菌进行了初步分离和鉴定。通过平板培养法,对分离鉴定的放线菌菌株进行活性物质的分析和研究,从塔县土壤中分离得到8株放线菌,其中CT-1产生的活性物质能够抑制Bacillus subtilis。从8株放线菌选出3株16S rRNA的序列分析,推断放线菌CT-1,CT-3和CT-7菌株同属于内芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)。实验表明,这3株放线菌虽然来源相同却有不同的生理生化特性。 Based on the analysis of 16S rRNA sequence, this study isolated and identified actinomycetes isolated from the soil of Taxkorgan County. Then, by the method of culturing on the plates, we analyzed and studied the active substance of the isolated actinomycetes. It is shown that the three separated actinomycetes possibly belonged to the genus of Paenibacillus, and their physiological and biochemical charateristics are different. Meanwhile, the strains of actinomycetes CT-1 had the antibacterial effects on Bacillus subtilis.
