摘要
风电、光电和抽水蓄能电站在时间和空间上具有很强的互补性,通过风电、光电和抽水蓄能电站的联合运行,合理配置三者的容量可以有效的降低风电和光电的间歇性和随机性带来的效益损失,提高电网对风电和光电的消纳程度。较为全面地详述了风光蓄联合优化运行的原理,模型及其求解方法,并提出了目前研究中存在的问题。
There is strong complementarity to wind,photovoltaic and pumped storage plant in time and space. By the three joint operation,reasonablecapacity of wind /pv /pumped storage can not onlyeffectively reduce benefit lose from the wind and pv generation of intermittency and stochastic,but also improve the grid's given for wind and pv. Here,the theory mathematical model and solving method for the wind /pv /pumped storage hybrid system cooperation are overall presented in detail,and also points out its existing problems.
