农村配电网建设与改造项目的评价分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Rural Distribution Network Constructing and Upgrading Projects

我国的电网建设目前存在着发展不均衡的现象,一直以来对农村配电电网建设的投入不足,使农村配电网出现了设备老化、供电可靠性差等一系列问题,而且农村配电网建设项目的评价工作由于一些因素的影响也始终没有得到足够重视。基于此,结合工程项目经济性评价的理论知识,分析了农村配电网建设与改造项目的特点,又分析了农村配电网建设与改造项目评价的意义,最后提出了一种能适合于配电网建设与改造项目的评价方法。

The development power grid construction in our country at present is not balanced phenomenon,and has been insufficient investment in rural power grid construction,making rural power distribution network existence of old equipment,a series of defects such as power supply reliability,and rural power distribution network construction project evaluation work due to some factors influence also always didn＇t get paid enough attention. Based on this,this paper combining with engineering project economic evaluation theory knowledge,analyzes the rural power grid construction and reform of the characteristics of the project,and analyses the rural power grid construction and reform project evaluation significance,finally put forward a kind of method which can suitable for distribution network construction and retrofit evaluation.
