Classification of Neck Morphology and Research on Stand-up Collar Structure

通过非接触式三维人体扫描系统对220名随机在校女大学生进行人体测量,提取了青年女性颈部相关尺寸,结合立领纸样得出各构成要素数据关系,然后运用SPSS数据统计系统分析各变量之间的关系。最后构建出新的颈部规格并且提出新的贴合人体颈部的立领制作流程。

By using non-contact three-dimensional body scanning system, 220 randomly-selected female college students were measured and from which the sizes of young women’s neck were extracted. Combined with stand-up collar pattern, the relationship between various parts of the neck was obtained and then the relationship between variables was analyzed by using SPSS system. Finally the new neck specifications were built up and a process for producing neck-fit collar was proposed.
