摘要 采用经纱为纯棉股线,纬纱依次为纯棉股线、汉麻/棉混纺纱股线、锦纶丝股线的原料,织造两组规格相同的织物,每组各含3类织物,探讨了纱线捻度、纬纱纤维种类及纬纱线密度不同对其表面性能和凉爽性能的影响规律。结果表明,纤维的吸湿、导湿、透湿等湿性能优异会促进织物导热性能的提高,增大纱线捻度是提高织物导热性能的重要手段,纬纱为汉麻/棉混纺纱股线的织物具有很好的"凉"和"爽"的使用性能。 Two groups of fabric each with three kinds of fabric in same specifications were woven respectively with pure cotton ply-yarn, hemp/cotton blended ply-yarn and polyamide iflament ply-yarn, and based on which, how will different twist as well as different ifber types and densities of weft yarn inlfuence each fabric’s surface properties and coolness property was investigated. The results show that the excellent hydroscopicity, moisture penetrability and liquid permeability of the ifber can improve the heat conductivity of fabric, and the increase of yarn twist is an important means for improving the heat conductivity of fabric and the fabrics which use hemp/cotton blended ply-yarn as weft can provide the fabric with good“cool”and“fresh”performance.
