生态文明视域下的公共卫生体系构建

Construction of Public Health System in the Light of Ecological Civilization

在生态文明的前提下构建我国的公共卫生体系将对我国的生态系统、人类健康、社会发展带来深远的影响。本文通过总结生态文明与公共卫生理论,辨析生态文明与公共卫生的关系,指出公共卫生体系构建过程中存在农村公共卫生和生态环境问题突出、公共卫生资源分配不均、政府及民众缺乏对生态环境与公共卫生联系的认知等问题,提出对于构建生态文明公共卫生体系应以农村乡镇为基点,加强相关知识的宣传教育和卫生服务队伍的培训,完善卫生立法的生态化等建议。

This paper summarizes the ecological civilization and the theory of public health, and analyze the relation of ecological civilization and public health, pointed out that the public health system in the process of building the rural public health and ecological environment, public health resources distribution, lack of government and the people on the ecological environment associated with public health cognition, ignore the problems of disease prevention and control work, and to solve above problems, put forward to construct ecologi- cal civilization in rural villages and towns public health system should be as the basis, to strengthen the publicity of the related knowledge of edu- cation and health services team training, improve the ecology of health legislation Suggestions.
