上海市郊区某综合性医院开展社会志愿者工作的探索

探索在上海市郊区某综合性医院开展社会志愿者工作的有效方案,初步评价其效果,为进一步拓展志愿者工作领域打下良好基础。借鉴相对较成熟的中心城区综合性医院的志愿者工作情况,根据郊区综合性医院特点,从建章立制、社区招募、岗位设置、人员培训等环节,开展社会志愿者医院工作的实践与探索,并通过相关调查,如患者满意度调查等对项目进行初步效果评价。结果显示在郊区综合性医院有效开展社会志愿者工作,为患者提供了便捷的服务,提高了患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the volunteer work in comprehensive hospitals in the suburb and to evaluate the effect. Methods： The rel- atively mature volunteer work system at the center city comprehensive hospital was taken as reference, rules and regulations, recruitment, post setting and personnel training was build according to characteristics of the suburban comprehensive hospital. After a while, the satisfaction survey was carried out and the preliminary effect was evaluated. Results： Carrying out volunteer work in comprehensive hospital in the suburb can pro- vided more convenient service and improved the patient satisfaction. Conclusion： The effective volunteer work in the hospital is a good comple- ment of the hospital services is an effective lubricant for the doctor - patient relationship, and it is worthy oooularizinz widely.
