摘要
作为医疗资源优化配置的一种模式,医疗联合体在保障优质医疗服务供给、推进医疗事业科学发展方面具有重要的作用,其构建符合政府、医院、患者3个层面的利益诉求。在分析医疗联合体模式构建动因的基础上,从建立法人治理结构、引入先进管理模式、打造职业管理团队、强化信息资源管理、加强内部技术协作、有效实施文化整合等方面提出了医疗联合体的管理运行方案。
As a model of optimal allocating medical resources, health - care alliance plays important roles in ensuring the supply of high quality medical services and promoting the development of medical science. And the construction of health - care alliance meets the demand of the government, hospitals and patients !nterests. On the basis of analyzing health - care alliance constructive motivation, the paper puts forward oper- ation management scheme from the following aspects, including establishing the corporate governance structure, introducing advanced management mode, creating professional management team, enhancing information resource management, strengthening internal technical collaboration and ef- fectively implementing cultural integration and so on.
