摘要
本文从医务人员的视角出发,分析医务人员对待公立医院改革的态度及其原因,认为执业环境恶化和激励机制缺乏导致医务人员主动参与公立医院改革的积极性不高,需要从优化执业环境、建立科学有效的激励考核机制等方面探索提高医务人员积极性的方法,确保公立医院改革的顺利推进和医院的可持续发展。
This article analyzes medical personnel~ attitude towards public hospital reform and the reasons from the perspective of medical personnel, which suggests that deterioration of occupational environment and absence of effective stimulation mechanism are main causes for medi- cal personnel lack of initiative to participate in public hospital reform. The methods to stimulate medical personnel initiative towards public hos- pital reform in aspects of improving occupational environment and implementing effective stimulation and evaluation mechanism are discussed so as to guarantee successful promotion of public hospital reform and sustainable development of hospitals.
