摘要
目的:探讨觉察压力对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用觉察压力量表和癌症患者生命质量测定量表对226例乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行问卷调查,采用相关分析和分层回归分析方法探讨觉察压力对生活质量的影响。结果:乳腺癌术后化疗患者觉察压力和总体健康状况评分分别为(28.91±3.87)分和(54.26±9.63)分。不同年龄、家庭收入、疾病分期、化疗次数患者的生活质量比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,乳腺癌术后化疗患者觉察压力各维度评分与生活质量各维度评分均显著负相关(均P<0.05)。觉察压力、年龄、家庭收入、疾病分期和化疗次数均为乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响因素。结论:乳腺癌术后化疗患者觉察压力较大,生活质量较差,觉察压力能够影响其生活质量。
Objective： To explore the effects of perceived stress on life quality in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods： 226 patients with breast cancer after operation were investigated with Perceived Stress Scale and the Quality of Life in Patients with Cancer Scale. Pear- son correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the effects of perceived stress on quality of life in patients with breast cancer after operation. Results. The total scores of perceived stress and quality of life were （28.91 ＋ 3.87 ） and （54.26 ~ 9.63 ）, respec- tively. There~ significant difference in scores of life quality in patients with different age, family income, disease stage and the number of chemo- therapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Pearson correlation analysis shew that the scores of life quality were negtively correlated with perceived stress（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Perceived stress, age, family income, disease stage and the number of chemotherapy were influencing factors of life quality in patients with breast cancer after operation. Conclusion： The perceived stress of breast cancer is high, and their quality of life is relatively low. Perceived stress has a negative influence on quality of life.
